Every 2 weeks we do a manual review of all new permits to determine their category, acreage, dwelling units, or buildable square footage, and purpose. As each permit is reviewed, the reviewer puts their personal notes about each project into the system for quick reference to our clients.
Each filter has intuitive filtering that allows you to refine your search from a macro-level down to a micro-level. You can even filter down to a single applicant name (e.g. Lennar) or a single project name (e.g. Chick-Fil-A). The map and corresponding data tables automatically update based on your filtering. For real world examples, see the "Samples" page for use cases for each report type (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government).
The bottom table of every report called "Lead Download Table" includes the contact information for the agent of record for each applicant by individual permit (where available to the public). This is your go-to source of contact information when you need to contact a group of applicants for an appraisal or when you simply need a single contact to verify if they are looing for a buyer or looking to sell completed lots. The data contains up to 30 contacts so you will need to use the filters at the top of the report to refine your contact list.
In addition to provide macro-level and micro-level data within the report, you also have access to the actual permitting information submitted for every project. To access this, look in either the "Permit Download Table" or "Lead Download Table" toward the bottom of each report. Inside you will see a column with "Link to Docs." Simply click the link next to the corresponding project and it will open a new window that contains all the project data.
Each data block on the Interactive Reports provide the ability to export the data. Locate the 3 dots on the right hand portion of the section you want to download and click on the dots. This opens a dialogue box that says "Export" and then a sub-navigation to select either "Excel" or "PDF." Select the format you want to download and it will save down to your computer.
